We believe in investing for the future and advocating for causes that we feel strongly about. We’re interested in areas such as education, senior housing, sustainability, and new energy technologies, and are involved in a number of philanthropical initiatives worldwide.
REAL ESTATE + EQUITY
In addition to bonds, stocks and equities, our portfolio predominantly comprises of real estate investments in Asia, Australia, North America and Europe. We consider projects of varying scales including commercial, retail and residential assets in both developed and developing urban and suburban areas.
ART
Beyond our more traditional portfolio,
we also invest heavily in the arts – supporting local artists and communities whenever we can.

OUR VISION
When we first started 50 years ago, investing in Asia and Africa was a rare sight. But we believed in the people and the places that we invested in, and it paid off. We were able to develop lasting relationships with local partners in places like Madagascar, Mauritius, Malaysia, and China.
Now, our portfolio span five continents and a variety of sectors such as real estate, financial assets, art and sustainability.
We evaluate projects with a fine-toothed comb.
OUR STRATEGY
We believe that the way we invest is just as important as what we invest in. Each venture is evaluated through the lens of whether it aligns with our values and our investment strategy. We look at quality and data first – placing importance in the inherent value of our investments rather than pure speculation. At the end of the day, our goal is to find projects with medium to long-term steady growth.
